HOW DO YOU MAKE A GREAT BURGER?
I'm a firm follower that a truly extraordinary cheeseburger needn't bother with a lot of trimmings. You simply need a humble bundle of flavors and some extraordinary ground cheeseburger. The meat you use for burgers has a huge impact.
WHAT TYPE OF BEEF IS BEST FOR BURGERS?
A huge load of my arrangements call for lean ground meat. Not this one! The best meat for making cheeseburger patties is 80% lean and 20 % fat ground burger. You genuinely need the fat in the meat to make delicious delectable burgers.

Bit by bit directions to MAKE A GREAT CHEESEBURGER.
This burger recipe makes magnificent cheeseburgers! Just add a slice of cheddar to the most noteworthy mark of each burger patty around 1 second before they are set up to tumble off the grill. This will give the cheddar adequate freedom to melt. I excitedly recommend cut provolone cheddar on these.

Trimmings
1/2 pounds 80% lean 20% fat ground meat or ground toss
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoons getting ready salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground dull pepper
Optional: 4 cuts of cheddar
4 cheeseburger buns
Optional: cheeseburger trims - lettuce tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc
Rules
Preheat the grill to 375 degrees F (medium-high).
In a colossal bowl, add the burger. Sprinkle impartially with the Worcestershire sauce, planning salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Use your hands to mix the trimmings until they are essentially joined.
Partition the meat mix into fourths. Take 1/4 of the meat mix and use your hands to press it into the condition of a cheeseburger patty that is around 3/4 inch thick. Make an indention in the patty to prevent expanding in the point of convergence of the cheeseburger as it cooks. Repeat with the extra meat blend, making 4 cheeseburgers.
Detect the burgers on the fire cook. Cook 4-5 minutes on the essential side. Flip the burgers over and cook an additional 4-5 minutes, until the burgers have shown up at the ideal doneness.*
On account of adding cheddar, lay a cut of cheddar on each burger patty around 1 second preceding taking the burgers off the grill, so the cheddar gets a chance to melt.
Serve the burgers on cheeseburger buns with optional cheeseburger trims.
Notes
I by and large cook for 4 minutes on each side for medium-well burgers.
